You Think
We watch in wonder
As North Africa and the
Middle East rumble
Crumbling for democracy,
Or so they say,
So we think,
Few questioning why
Bahrain
Has been invited
To England’s wedding,
Some aware
That Wisconsin`s marching,
More states in line
To do the same,
Hell who cares that
Hamilton`s anti Harper march
Went largely unreported,
We are a democracy
Or so they say,
So we think,
So few even knew
About Toronto`s G20
Wink, blink,
Ply your tools beneath
The covers lovers,
The climax may be closer
Than you think.
