Déjà vu
She reminded me of something,
This woman helping a little boy
Climb the two steps in the mall,
Déjà vu but which view was it
That had recaptured me stopping
Still all sense of time and day,
A long lost mental file of my
Mother teaching me way back
When, a scene from another life
Time, or was I picked up by the
Woman on a road trip travelling
Back and forth in time,
What are you staring at us for
She said, suddenly standing right
In front of me, sorry, Déjà vu,
Déjà vu my ass she snapped
Snatching up her child and
Stomping off down the mall,
After she mentioned it I
Noticed that she did indeed
Have an extraordinarily nice ass.
