Spiritual beings experiencing
Our spirituality in physical forms
Does have its challenges,
We have been conditioned
As to what is and what is not
Spiritual by many who reflect
Little if any spirituality themselves,
How bizarre that in two thousand eleven
We still hunt for our enemies heads to place
On sticks and bow for blessings and guidance,
Gather in squares waving flags celebrating
Destruction, violence, death, inhumanity,
In different parts of the world different
Parts of the body still considered
Religiously taboo and rue
Naked honesty as not
Being spiritual.
