Kundalini
Awakening
You call
On the extra forces,
At times feel like Job
On his rock,
Scratching his scabs
With a stone,
At times
You feel so alone,
Even though
You know
You never are,
The energy racing
Madly through you,
Like lava gone wild
In the hills,
The chills and the thrills
From the words
And the scenes,
Leave you tired
Aching and sore,
It’s in these times
You understand why
The Kundalini Awakening
Takes its time,
If it happened
Instantaneously,
It would probably kill
The physical body.
