Matcha Latte

Nothing much going on

As I whisked some Matcha

For a latte, now if you haven’t

Tasted Matcha, it is intense, as

Intense as a Japanese hot sauce,

Loaded with positive goodies

That get every cell in your body

Dancing in anticipation of the

First sip, suddenly everything

Is going on, I’m thinking I

Should have a Japanese friend

On hand to explain the nuances,

The mystery of Matcha, softly,

Someone asks, what are you

Smiling at, who are you talking to,

Just a mental mingling of friends

Who travel in space and sometimes

Touch my space, what are you drinking,

A Matcha Latte, I’ll have one of those

Please, make me a Matcha Latte.
