The phenomenon of time
Accelerating when
You’re having fun
Never slows,
Never goes
Away,
If only you
Would stay a
Minute or two
Longer, and those
Minutes stretch to an
Hour and then a day,
If only your notes
Were each a line longer,
And those lines stretch into
Paragraphs and then into pages,
It’s a funny thing
That thing
Called time,
A funny thing.
